About our containers

Designed to withstand life at sea for months on end, the containers we use have extra ventilation, to prevent the goods they hold from sweating. It is because of this we can guarantee your goods will leave in the same condition as they arrived.

24hr Private Access

Motion sensing super-bright LED security lights

As well as lighting pathways and storage units when in use, our motion sensor security lights are triggered by the slightest movement at low light, ensuring any activity is clearly visible.

Self Storage Association approved

Our facility is Self Storage Association approved – the principal trade association representing all self storage operators and industry suppliers.

Condensation Myth!

You might have heard the old chestnut about condensation in containers. Well the truth is containers were designed to go to sea so they are inherently sealed and waterproof. However, all our self store units have ten specially designed waterproof air vents to optimise airflow within the container. So, if you don’t put any moisture into your unit, none is going to find its way in there. As long as you make sure everything is dry when it goes in by, for example thoroughly draining your washing machine, everything will stay dry whilst it’s in there. If you want to make double sure, we can supply you with a purpose-made condensation remover that can absorb up to 2 litres of water.

All of our containers are either brand new or only a couple of years old – we do not accept any containers that are damaged or that do not meet our high levels of storage standards. In addition to our containers, we also offer benefits including: monitored access via electronic key fob or coded gates, large opening access doors, heavy duty floor loading, heavy duty padlocks and easy access for vehicles, with all external units being at ground floor level. In addition to this we also offer the hire of a fork lift or pallet truck and driver.
